Ryan Memorial Scholarship

The Ryan Memorial Scholarship was established by friends of Ryan to help former foster children find positive elements in their life, achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams. This scholarship is awarded to a transferring Norco College or Riverside City College student and to an incoming or continuing Norco College or Riverside City College vocational student who are part of the DRC Independent Living or Foster Youth Services programs.

Cumulative GPA required: 2.0
Financial need required: Yes
Student activities, volunteer work required: None required
Other special requirements: Applicant must be part of the DRC Independent Living or Foster Youth Services programs and have a High School Diploma or GED from a Norco or Riverside School District. Student must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 units.
