Sherwin Tilton Memorial Endowed Scholarship

The Sherwin Tilton Memorial Scholarship was established by RCC Director Emerita Irmy Tilton, in memory of her son Sherwin, who passed away in August 2008. Sherwin was a graduate of Poly High, RCC and the Art Center College of Design, and this scholarship is awarded to a Photography or Film, Television and Video student who has completed at least one semester at RCC and has financial need.

Basic requirements and reviewer notes:
Major: No specific major required, Preference to students who have taken one or more Photography, Film,
Television or Video classes. If no applicants, then preference to students who have taken other
vocational courses.
Cumulative GPA required: 3.0
Financial need required: Yes
Student activities, volunteer work required: Yes
Other special requirements: None.
