The Community Scholars Program (High School)

The Inland Empire Community Foundation (IECF) awards significant scholarship support to hundreds RCCD students each year, thanks to the generosity of several donors who share a commitment to education. Recipients of Community Foundation Scholarships must be a permanent resident of Riverside or San Bernardino County, continuing at Riverside Community College District with financial need and a 3.0 or higher GPA. Please note: The awarding and disbursement for this scholarship is dependent upon the timing and receipt of funds from the donor. Consequently, recipients will be notified in August if they are awarded this scholarship and the fall disbursement will take place on a disbursement date near the end of the fall semester.

Other special requirements: Applicants must be new freshman, who are recent high school graduates, must have graduated from a high school within Riverside or San Bernardino counties and are planning to transfer to California Baptist University, La Sierra University or
the University of Redlands.
