Mary H. Curtin Endowed Osher Scholarship

The Mary H. Curtin Endowed Osher Scholarship was established in 2010 by an enthusiastic group of Mary Curtin’s friends in recognition of her tremendous contributions to the community. As a mother of six children and a re-entry student, she earned a B.A. and a M.A. in English Language and Literature, has taught at RCC, and was elected as the first woman in Southern California to head the regional AFL-CIO. This scholarship is awarded to a re-entry student with a minimum 3.0 GPA who has a defined academic goal, has completed 24 units and financial need.
