Cecil and Mildred Ybarra Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Cecil and Mildred Ybarra proudly raised their family in Riverside, and Cecil attended RCC before transferring to the University of California, Berkeley to complete his education. The Cecil and Mildred Ybarra Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established by their children to assist Riverside City College transferring students with a minimum 3.5 GPA who demonstrate involvement in the Mexican-American or Native American community.
