Dr. Dale S. Holmes Endowed Scholarship

Dale Holmes provided leadership as Riverside County Superintendent of Schools from 1986 to 1999. The Dr. Dale S. Holmes Endowed Scholarship was established by his family, friends, and colleagues at the time of his retirement and is awarded to a Riverside City College student with a 3.0 GPA or higher who is transferring to UCR or California Baptist University in pursuit of a career in teaching.
