Kathy Azevedo Endowed Scholarship

CapRock Partners Giving Foundation values the spirit of dedication and service of former mayor and city councilwoman Kathy Azevedo, which has inspired the partnership with Norco College to create this endowed scholarship in her honor. This Endowed Fund will be used to provide scholarship support to Norco College students who are involved in student government. Preference given to Associated Students of Norco College (ASNC) government members.
