Berkeley Douglas Powell Endowed Scholarship (Engineering)

Berkeley Douglas Powell was a former WWII veteran, civil engineer, and County Road Commissioner who always said his education at Riverside City College was the finest he ever had. He established the Berkeley Douglas-Powell Endowed Scholarship as part of his estate plan to support a Riverside City College student transferring to a 4 year university and majoring in Engineering with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
