Manuela Calles Scholarship for Women

With many life changing events impacting our world over the past few years, we have seen a rise in the number of people that are facing mental illness. Although there has been an increase in awareness around mental health illness, there is still a stigma around receiving treatment, and it is currently not widely accessible. This scholarship seeks to support young women in college who are pursuing careers in mental health, political science, business, and STEM degrees with a hope to improve the current climate surrounding mental health.
