Achieving physical and mental well-being requires conscious effort, including adopting healthy eating habits, frequent exercise, stress management techniques, and avoiding overloading oneself. However, these can be challenging to maintain while in college. Despite the difficulties, prioritizing personal wellness can help college students excel. Therefore, we are offering a $500 award to a college student who is mindful of their personal wellness and strives to be physically and mentally well despite the demands of attending school.
