The Richard Arzinger Distribution Management Association of Southern California Logistics Endowed Scholarship

The Distribution Management Association established the Distribution Management Association of Southern California Logistics Endowed Scholarship in 2006 to encourage students to pursue careers in logistics. It was re-named in 2012 in memory of DMA Board member, Richard Arzinger at his passing, in recognition of his leadership in establishing the scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to a continuing or transferring Norco College student who has completed 9 units including one logistics course and has a 2.8 GPA or higher.

Basic requirements and reviewer notes:
Major: Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain
Cumulative GPA required: 2.8
Financial need required: Preferred, but not necessary
Student activities, volunteer work required: None required
Other special requirements: Applicant must have completed at least one logistics course and are currently enrolled in at least one logistics course and include a one page essay stating academic and career aspirations in the industry.
