Norio Hayashi Endowed Scholarship

The Norio Hayashi Endowed Scholarship was established by a long-time RCC student in memory of her father, who was a successful tax specialist in Japan. Throughout his life, Norio supported the education of students in need. To continue this fine tradition, this scholarship is awarded to a continuing Riverside City College student who is a single parent and has a 3.0 GPA or higher.
