Sandra Filion Foster Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Dr. Foster was a nationally known and respected educator and administrator who served as RCCs Vice President for Planning and Development from 1992-1999. In recognition of her passion for the arts, the Sandra Filion Foster Memorial Endowed Scholarship was established at her passing by her friends, family and colleagues to assist a continuing or transferring RCCD student with a minimum 3.0 GPA and financial need who is pursuing a career in the arts.
