Elsie Ferne McCoy Friends of RCC Forensics Endowed Scholarship

In recognition of the value of his Forensics training, RCC Alumnus Don McCoy established the Ferne McCoy Friends of RCC Forensics Endowed Scholarship in honor of his mother who taught elementary school in the Riverside area for more than 30 years. It is awarded to continuing students who have taken Forensics classes at Riverside City College, who have an interest in film, radio and television, and who have financial need.

Other special requirements: Applicant must have taken Speech or Communication or FTV classes at RCC. Applicant should have an interest in radio or TV.
