Daniel J. Kipper Memorial Civil Engineering Endowed Scholarship

The Daniel J. Kipper Memorial Civil Engineering Endowed Scholarship was established in 2004 in memory of a special friend of the College, Dan Kipper. Dan, a local civil engineer, was a graduate of Ramona High School, RCC and the University of Redlands. His family and friends established this scholarship to honor his commitment to education and to the civil engineering profession. It is awarded to a transferring Riverside City College student majoring in Civil Engineering with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
