Michael D. Joyce Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Michael D. Joyce taught Administration of Justice courses at Riverside City College for over 34 years. Following his retirement from the Riverside County Sheriff’s and District Attorney’s offices and while still teaching, Michael fulfilled his dream of creating a hands-on Criminalistics Learning Lab at Riverside City College. This scholarship was established at his passing to continue his legacy of support for students and will be awarded to a student with a 3.0 GPA or higher with a career goal in law enforcement or forensics sciences. Preference given to students who are military veterans.
