Dorothy M. Kincell Spanish Speaking Endowed Scholarship

Through her estate plan, Professor Emerita Dorothy Kincell established the Dorothy M Kincell Spanish Language Endowed Scholarship to assist a Riverside City College student with a minimum 3.0 GPA who has completed 10 units of Spanish and will be transferring to a 4-year university with Junior status.
