The Bernard Osher Scholarship-Norco College

The Bernard Osher Scholarship was established as part of a statewide challenge offered by philanthropist Bernard Osher to assist participating California Community Colleges seeking to strengthen scholarship endowments. It is awarded to continuing Norco College students with financial need who have completed 24 or more units and have demonstrated a career goal. Please note: The awarding and disbursement for this scholarship is dependent upon the timing and receipt of funds from the donor. Consequently, recipients will be notified in August if they are awarded this scholarship and the fall disbursement will take place on a disbursement date near the end of the fall semester.
