Joseph A. Kollar Jr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship

This Scholarship was established by Pamela Kollar to honor her late husband’s passion for education and love for our country’s military
service members, she chose to establish this endowed scholarship with the RCCD Foundation.

This Endowed Fund will be used to provide scholarship support for student Veterans at Norco College.
