Inland Valley Association of Realtors Devonne Armstrong Endowed Scholarship

The Inland Valley Association of Realtors Memorial Endowed Scholarship, originally established in 1992, was renamed in 2005 in memory of Devonne Armstrong, Past President of the RCCD Foundation and of the Inland Valley Association of Realtors. It is awarded to a continuing or transferring Riverside City College student with a 3.0 or higher GPA majoring in business or a related field with a career goal in real estate.
