Jean C. and Raymond E. Tanner Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Jean C. Tanner in memory of her husband Raymond E. Tanner, longtime Moreno Valley educator, MVUSD Superintendent and Moreno Valley Mayor. Applicants must have attended Moreno Valley schools and demonstrate a passion for teaching.

Other special requirements: Applicant must have attended a Moreno Valley elementary, middle or high school.
