The Cecil E. Stalder Memorial Scholarship

Cecil Stalder is remembered as being a “premier” professor in history. He taught at Chemawa Junior High School, Riverside Polytechnic High School, and Riverside City College, where he was selected as RCC’s first Distinguished Faculty Lecturer in 1961. The Cecil Stalder Memorial Scholarship was established by his family and is awarded to a continuing Riverside City College History major with a 2.5 or higher GPA.
