David C. Willmon, Jr. Endowed Scholarship

David C. Willmon, Jr. was an active community leader who recognized the value of education and always regretted not being able to complete his own college degree. The David C. Willmon, Jr. Endowed Scholarship was established in 1993 by his family to assist others in fulfilling this dream. This scholarship is awarded to a continuing Riverside City College re-entry student with a minimum 3.0 GPA who demonstrates financial need.
