Berkeley Douglas Powell Endowed Scholarship (Photography)

Berkeley Douglas Powell was a former WWII veteran, civil engineer, and County Road Commissioner who always said his education at Riverside City College was the finest he ever had. He established the Berkeley Douglas-Powell Endowed Scholarship as part of his estate plan to support a continuing Riverside City College student majoring in Photography with a 2.5 GPA or higher.
