Albert Tilton Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Albert Tilton was the husband of Irmy Tilton, RCC Cosmetology Director Emerita, until his passing in 1977. His principal occupation was an accountant for the USAF Auditor General’s Office at March Air Force Base until his retirement. But music was his passion. While growing up he learned to play the violin, and then became a proficient piano player who hosted his own radio show. He was also the leader of the Al Tilton Orchestra and a friend of Liberace. This scholarship was established in 2016 in his memory by his surviving sons Dennis and Roger Tilton.
