Yow Family Scholarship

After graduating from high school in Malaysia, Jocelyn Yow moved to Eastvale along with her younger brother, Johan Yow. During Jocelyn’s tenure at Norco College, she served as the student body president and was actively involved in various honors societies. Jocelyn and Johan graduated from Norco College and transferred to University of California, Berkeley in 2014 and 2015, respectively. Jocelyn currently works for United States Congress, while Johan is interested in pursuing finance and business. The family would like to give back to the community by assisting exemplary Norco College students who are in financial need.
