Ellen Kinnear, Ed.D. Endowed Scholarship

Ellen Kinnear, Ed.D. retired in 2007 after serving as an educator and administrator. She served on the RCCD Foundation Board of Directors for seven years and was committed to the success of the Passport to College Program. This scholarship is awarded to a graduate of a Riverside County High School with a 3.0 GPA who is pursuing a degree in education.
