Patricia (Johns) Altman Endowed Scholarship

Patricia Altman was born in Riverside and attended Riverside Public Schools and graduated from Poly High School. She attended Riverside City College in 1953 and 1954. She subsequently transferred to UC Santa Barbara and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. Later she received a Master’s Degree from Cal Poly Pomona and became a Special Education Teacher in the West Covina Unified School District. She married Bill Altman in 1957 and they raised four children in West Covina. Pat’s father attended and graduated from RCC in 1929.
