Provide scholarship support for full or part-time students in the Phoenix Scholars program at Norco College.
• Identifies as current or former foster youth
• Enrolled as full or part time students in good standing at Norco College
• Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.0
• Students must demonstrate Financial Need, as determined by the Office of Financial Aid
